Transform
your Chaos to Clarity.

At EAG, we help small and mid-sized companies achieve clarity through strategic fractional COO leadership.

Businesses don’t fail for lack of vision, they fail from operational chaos.

At Executive Advisory Group (EAG), we’re committed to helping Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) grow. Too often, small businesses struggle to access high-level executive expertise due to budget constraints. Our mission is to bridge that gap.

We provide fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) services — building systems, solving inefficiencies, and driving execution so your business can grow. Whether you’re scaling, launching a new venture, or facing a turnaround, we bring structure and clarity to help you move forward with confidence!

Explore some of the most common questions about working with a fractional COO, how engagements with EAG work, and what you can expect at every stage.

What does a Fractional COO do?

A fractional COO is a part-time executive who provides operational leadership and guidance to a company. They work for your business on any schedule you choose, whether daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. They collaborate with the CEO and other leaders to devise and execute growth strategies. They oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure goal alignment for company success.

Fractional COOs bring a wealth of experience and expertise that can enhance decision-making and goal attainment. They can also provide valuable guidance to existing team members helping them to be more productive and effective. Moreover, it’s a cost-effective option, as you only pay for the services you need.

Fractional COO service rates vary based on the scope of the project and the level of experience of the COO. Most fractional COOs charge based on two pricing models:

A COO is a full-time executive while a fractional COO is a part-time resource. Both have similar responsibilities for the oversight of operational aspects of a company. A fractional COO however is usually engaged to address specific needs or projects.
